Can you please tell me what is the route to create a scroll snap to section kind of UX?
You have a good tutorial for stacking sections layout which is 90% of the job, but what remains unanswered and quite elusive (at least to me) is how to create a scroll snapping effect?
So scroll position works more like a trigger for an animation that moves the whole section up / down for the whole viewport. Animation is not synced to scroll position, but is time-based on the timeline. But it is triggered by mouse / touch movement in up / down direction. So position is not important, but change of position.
Scrolling of content by mouse / touch should off course be disabled.
